Payments and transfer service policies

 

All reservations must be prepaid in order to receive a confirmation. The payments are processed through Paypal - a safe way to pay online. Please notice you DO NOT NEED to have an active PAYPAL ACCOUNT in order to use Paypal. After you have entered your reservations details, you are taken to the Paypal page, that gives you the option to USE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD too, instead of logging into your account!

For departure pick up times after 6pm and before 6am a 15USD cash extra fee applies. This is payable directly to the driver.

After the payment is completed, Paypal will email you a receipt. Upon notification of your payment, we will email you the full confirmation and details of the service. The transfer service is guaranteed as initialy confirmed!

You may cancel your reservation and get a full refund up to 24 hours prior to arrival time. For later cancelations or no shows, 100% penalty fee aplies - there is no refund.

For modifications/cancelations of the service please email us by replying to the initial confirmation email we have sent you. In case your flight details are modified last minute, please email us and call us at (52) 984 132 9958, to notify of these changes in due time. We will try our best to accommodate you as requested, but please be aware that sometimes for arrivals if you notify us less than 2 hours from the initialy reported arrival time, we may not be able to give the service or give the service but charge you an extra fee.
